For the more health-conscious eaters, we’ve come up with a delicious alternative:  a fresh salad made with mixed greens, tossed fresh with a tasty portion of either smoked pulled pork or chicken, crunchy croutons and your choice of dressing.  Here’s a secret: try it with our spicy barbecue sauce and ranch dressing... amazing!
